Unfortunately I had received no notice that the engineer would be calling today which didn't allow me time to prepare the area for him..quick removal of blinds and furniture etc..Good thing I was home. Also this job has taken over a year to be carried out as when chased up by myself and the one of your very helpful call operators had been overlooked which meant going a through a winter of not being able to close window, good job it has been fixed before this autumn and winter sets in especially with a energy crisis going on.

However, the cleaning after completing the job should be thorough - there are lots of bits of tiny rubber (extracted from the window) on my balcony floor and left on my floor on the inside of my flat. I have spent a lot of time cleaning on the inside and now will be spending more time cleaning on the outside.

Kindly use MILA window and doors for future repairs and maintenance as MILA always do a professional job. Codeaseal window and doors never do a professional job and MILA company has to come and do the same job again. L&Q are wasting money using Codeaseal company. Just use MILA company it will save L&Q money and us tenants time and aggravation.
We still have 6 windows that need handle replacement jobs and windows not closing and opening properly. We would like L&Q to have these jobs raised urgently
